When I started working with PSI, their company goal was to gradually move away from
in-person testing. When the pandemic hit, this shift to online testing was greatly accelerated.
Simplifying an overly complex system mired in industry jargon, our approach was to build a streamlined customer focused booking widget inspired by the best in-class booking flows of hotels and airlines.
Designed using Adobe XD, we were able to collaborate remotely through the pandemic, ensuring a smooth delivery to our development team in India.
